Our personal support in the process, transparent communication towards clients and candidates and a result-led approach will relieve you of many concerns. The sectors we focus on are healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, business services, technology, local government and education.

We work together with our clients on the basis of exclusivity. We immerse ourselves in the job, the background to the vacancy, future expectations, but also in the culture of the organisations, changes that are afoot, etc. Together with our client we fine-tune the required profile of experience and competencies. If not everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet when it comes to the profile, we can offer support. Creating an identical expectation for a new employee amongst all those concerned, right from the start, is the basis for speed and success.

Selection strength

Our insight into the candidates market has taught us how to find the right person - sometimes through an executive search, by sifting through our network, with targeted direct-search campaigns or adverts in digital or print media. The organisation, the market, the vacancy and the requirements determine the method.

Additional certainty

Of course we put potential candidates through their paces, using sound and solid interview techniques. But we do more - every candidate we present to you will have completed a competency scan that sheds light on the level of the competencies that are crucial for the job. A clear report on the test, supplemented with our findings from the interview, will give you a good starting point for your assessment of the selected candidates. Where necessary, we can coordinate your meetings. If you prefer more certainty before you offer an employment contract to a candidate, we can carry out a selection assessment - supplementary to the competency scan - at a reduced rate. A reference check with one or two of the candidates’ former employers is something we do in any case.

Added value in coaching

If you decide to go ahead with one of the candidates, you can count on a number of things. It goes without saying that we will track the collaboration between you, the client, and our candidate. We even guarantee that we will repeat our work without additional costs if the candidate has to leave the organisation within 6 months, because he or she did not comply with the agreed profile. But we do more ... every placed candidate is entitled to three coaching meetings at Interselect, the last of which is also attended by the candidate’s line manager. Specific agreements for continued personal development strengthen the possibility of a perfect match.

Additional support

If you prefer to carry out larger parts of the research and selection process yourself, you can call on our expertise. If you wish, we can support you in preparing a consensus profile, write an appropriate advert or teach you the finer points of selection interviewing in a training session. If there are a number of assessors in your organisation who look at the candidate from a different point of view, this may produce unwelcome and unclear situations. We would be pleased to guide you through such complex processes.
