NVP code

The NVP Recruitment Code contains basic rules for clients, consultants and applicants, and these are rules that the Dutch Association for Personnel Management and Organisation Development (NVP) believes we should follow during search and selection to fill vacancies. The objective of the Recruitment Code is to provide a standard for transparent and honest search and selection procedures. The Code has been built up chronologically and starts with the moment a vacancy arises and finishes with the appointment. The code has been prepared in consultation with the Labour Foundation, the Stichting van de Arbeid.
